The house is a block from the Forest Hills T stop on the Orange Line, and nestled between the Forest Hills Cemetery and Arboretum.

This is a roommate situation. Right now there are 5 tenants in the apartment, including Shawn Starkweather.

Ideally speaking we are looking for a woman, 25-35. Creative types preferred.
