Greetings Circle Family!

We can't wait to see you tonight under the stars! A few last-minute
notes and reminders to maximize everyone's enjoyment:

* WE NEED YOUR HELP! We need volunteers to help check people in
at the entrance, to monitor the front & back entrances, and to
assist people in the parking lot (see below). We can also use
some help setting up & tearing down, as well as keeping things
clean during the party. So, *please* sign up for a shift when
you arrive -- THANK YOU!

* IMPORTANT PARKING INFO: if the lot at the Marsh Post is full,
do NOT park at the school across the street! This is BAD and
will draw the State Police to the party. Ample legal parking
is available just across the bridge on the Allston side. Make
an immediate right into the park/parking lot.

* NO OUTSIDE BOTTLES will be allowed into the event. Please,
respect our hosts and abide by their wishes.

* Bring everything you'll need with you to the party, because we
won't be allowing re-entry -- again, at the request of our hosts.

* BBQ: the grill will be going until 9:00 or so. WE supply the
fire, the grill, the tools, the plates; YOU supply the treats!

* the sun (yay!) is warming the day, but the night can still be
cool -- bring an extra layer!

* our friends (?) at NStar have informed us that they may be cutting
power in the area at 1:00 am. Our hero NICK BINARY informs us that
he will have his shiny new GENERATOR standing by to help us keep the
music slamming if and when this happens! We'll do the best we can,
but please be prepared for anything to happen. If the power goes off,
that's an immediate LAST CALL and everyone must remain outside the
building for the remainder of the night.
